Can I wear my bracelet in the shower?

I don't recommend this as it is hard on the elastic material holding it together.  Once or twice is likely okay, but if continuously worn in the shower this will be extreme wear and tear on the material.  I also highly suggest that you roll your bracelet on and off your wrist.  Take care of your bracelet and it will give you lots of love.

Do you do custom orders?

I often get asked if I do custom design.  I do some custom work, but not often and not during my busy season which is April to December.  Sometimes, people will tell me stones they like and I will lay out a few designs for them to choose from but that is about as far as I go.   

Can you repair a bracelet from another artisan?

I'm sorry, but I can't repair other artisans work.    I have tried to do this in the past as a "goodwill" gesture and it didn't go well.  I know the materials I work with and am comfortable with working with them.  I don't know what I am getting when I try to repair another artist's product.

What is your return policy?

I will consider each piece on a case by case basis.   However, I consider all sales to be final. Candles are final sale as I can't control how you burn your candle and this is very important.

How do I get the most out of my Beeswax Candle?

Did you know that Beeswax is the cleanest burning wax. My Beeswax candles have a wood wick.  The most important thing to do when you first light your candle is to let it melt all across the top.  If you don't do this your candle won't burn well and you won't be happy.
